Understanding the value of his employees, he has worked hard to prepare and train them to assume leadership positions within the dealerships, knowing their professional commitment to the business translates into exceptional service for his customers.


Fred’s commitment to his community and industry includes service on the Greater Northern Leigh Chamber of Commerce; Allentown Lehigh County Auto Dealers Association; Pennsylvania Automotive Association; Greater Lehigh Valley Automobile Dealers Association, where he served as the Auto Show chairman, vice president, and president. He is also a current member of the Education Committee and the founder and chairman emeritus of the Donley Awards for Excellence.

The Donley Awards is an annual event to recognize the former chairman of Air Products Chemicals, Ed Donley. This past year 30 students were awarded a $500 scholarship to further their education in college or technical schools. Additionally, Fred was involved in a community effort to replace an antiquated bridge on a main route through Slatington. The bridge was dedicated to a local World War II hero General Thomas R. Morgan.

He devotes time and resources in support of the Northampton Community College Auto Tech Program and the Greater Lehigh Valley Auto Dealers Association. In recognition for his community involvement, Fred was awarded the Greater Northern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce Spirit Award, which honors a citizen in the community who has dedicated their time to serving the local community and the Chamber of Commerce. He is also a recipient of the Greater Lehigh Valley Community Partner Award.

Fred is joined at the dealerships with his son Greg, who is part of the management team and his brother Richard is also a co-owner of the business.
